I had to shoot cupcakes today, and wasn't planning on digging in, but I couldn't resist! Yummy peanut butter cupcakes from Sugar Mountain Bake Shoppe in Rochester.

Wood fired pizza

Since moving away from NYC 5 years ago, the food i miss most is really good wood fired pizza. I think I found a place here in Rochester that compares. Rocco, 165 Monroe Ave., has excellent crust and nice choice of toppings.

Geneseo Timber Frame Home

I had the opportunity last week to photograph this beautiful timber frame home. An English couple recently moved to the area and built this gorgeous place overlooking rolling hills and ponds in the countryside of Geneseo, NY, outside of Rochester, NY.
